Mr. Sachin Sapra
Mr. Sachin Sapra, holding a Diploma in Business Finance from ICFAI, is a Fellow Member of ICSI and a registered Insolvency Professional with the IBBI. He secured 3rd place on an all-India basis in the IBBI Insolvency Professional examination, and brings over 20+ years of rich experience in corporate law matters. He is the Proprietor of S & S Associates, a well-renowned Company Secretaries firm in the NCR.
He has contributed an article to the journal "Chartered Secretary" published by ICSI and raised several key points during the finalisation of the ICSI Guidance Note on Buy Back of Securities. His interview on "The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016" has been published in Business Today.
He regularly contributes suggestions to ICSI on various provisions. He has been appointed as Interim Resolution Professional by the Hon'ble Principal Bench, NCLT, New Delhi in a Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process, was elected a member of the Expert Group Panel for the Query Platform of the ICSI Institute of Insolvency Professionals, and serves on its Board of Membership Committee.
He also provides management consultancy and advisory services to a wide range of clients — MNCs, corporates, trusts, societies and firms across many sectors — and has extensive experience appearing before authorities including the ROC, Regional Director, Hon'ble NCLT, RBI, Official Liquidator, MCA and Ministry of Finance. His expertise spans the Companies Act, 2013, mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructuring, compliance strategy, due diligence, pre- and post-merger integration, corporate insolvency and voluntary winding-up.
